Founded by Rod Self in 2000, Marai Consultancy has established a strong presence in the property development & portfolio sector. Our journey began with refurbishments, progressing to fund management of £5,000,000 from 2007 to 2017, where we specialised in converting Victorian houses to flats & developing urban-style new builds. Our unique approach to off-plan conversions and new builds consistently generated impressive annual profits of 40% GDP, growing to £1,000,000 in gross profit. We can now assist investors & developers on any project to achieve property success.

What we're currently working on _

Currently, we're active in Essex & London, developing and building C2 class care homes & sourcing large portfolios up to 35% below market value for a prominent investor.

In addition, we consult with other developers on a diverse range of projects including 7 grade II listed houses refurbishment, as recognised & approved by English Heritage & Tower Hamlets local authority.
